Ethno's massive collection of instruments, loops, and phrases from India is nothing short of astonishing. In the first half of this video, Jordan effectively layers vocal phrases with percussion to create a rhythmic montage that invokes a dusty, crowded street scene from a far off village somewhere of India. Then, with the press of one key at the bottom of the keyboard, we are instantly transported to a steamy night club in the depths of New Delhi, just like a scene from Slumdog Millionaire, thanks to Ethno 2's new urban India loops.
