One thing you could do is start a new mix from the pull down menu in the lower left hand corner of the Mixing Window. You could also go to the View Filter and disable everything except automaiton you wish to remove. Now make your selection and delete the snapshot. Edits will only affect what is currently displayed with the View Filter. Now go back to the View Filter and turn on everything else.
