Optimizing with Tech Tool Pro may result in the error "Digital Performer is installed and an authorization file can't be moved". This is a result of Tech Tool Pro's inability to effectively optimize when invisible files like the ones DP uses for authorization are presen on a hard drive. Norton Speed Disk, among other disk utilities, do not destroy such files and may be a better choice for optimizing system drives where MOTU programs are installed.
