Why can't I choose an output from my PCI or FireWire audio interface in Sonar?
Make sure you have selected enough "Virtual Mains" within Sonar, which can be set from the Options > Audio > General tab. You will need to restart Sonar in order for the outputs to become available. This documentation my be applicable with other Cakewalk audio applications.
