Download .ufs file and replace the old Universal Loops & Instruments.ufs with this updated version.

PLEASE NOTE: this UFS file is 4.9 GB, so it may take a while to download, depending on your internet connection speed.

Symphonic Instrument Library UFS File

This download contains the Symphonic Instrument sound library in the form of a .ufs file. The UFS format allows you to access the Symphonic Instrument sound library via MachFive 3 or UVI Workstation 2 on today's latest Mac and Windows systems, including 64-bit systems. The library content remains the same. Only the file format has changed.

IMPORTANT: this .ufs file requires a new iLok authorization. Registered MOTU Symphonic Instrument owners can obtain the authorization from MOTU technical support. Please refer to the tech note below for detailed installation and authorization instructions.

Download the MOTU MSI.ufs file to your hard drive. Point MachFive 3 or UVI Workstation to it.

MachFive 1.2.3 Update

This is a maintenance update of MachFive 1.2.3. It provides Tiger OSX compatibility for all plug-in formats. However, this version is backward compatible to OSX 10.3.9. This version also adds support for publishing MOTU Symphonic Instrument (MSI) banks for use within MachFive. This update requires a previous full install and authorize of MachFive v.1.x.x.

Attention Logic users: MachFive 1.2.3 requires an update to Logic 7.1 for compatibility under Tiger OSX 10.4.x.

MX4 Demo Version 2.1

This download installs MX4 Demo version 2.1 in all supported formats, including AU, MAS and RTAS. All formats are installed in Universal Binary form compatible with both Intel and PowerPC Macs. Place the "Mackie Control 1" plug-in into DP's application plug-ins folder. Create a FreeMIDI Device in your FreeMIDI Configuration and assign the control surface in DP's Control Surface window.

Mac Drivers for MOTU 828 and 896

Archive contains version 2.11 Firewire drivers for MOTU 828 or MOTU 896 audio interfaces.

Version 2.11 adds a longer list of available buffer sizes. This driver supports multiple interfaces on a single Firewire bus. This driver will not support multiple I/Os on Blue and White G3s, early "Yikes" G4s, or any PCI or PCMCIA firewire card with older PCI-Lynx firewire chips (consult to the manufacturer of your specific card).

DP3 version 3.02 update patch

File contains update patch to update DP3 to version 3.02. 3.02 is a maintenance update to 3.0 and 3.01. This patch will only work on DP3 or 3.01 ship versions. DP 3.02 contains a workaround to a bug in the ATI Graphics Update file under OS 9.2x. The bug in the ATI Graphics update may result in System freezing when restarting or shutting down on Titanium Powerbook.

MOTU Audio System v.2.33

Includes an update change from MAS 2.32 that improves compatibility with VST Wrapper version 2.x.

This updater will patch AudioDesk 1.01 to version 1.02. Version 1.02 improves AIFF soundfile importing.

MIDIEx .SYX file loader profile

This Unisyn profile will open a .SYX format file and send the data to a selectable FreeMIDI device. At that point, you can use the proper Unisyn device profile to get the data back and you have converted the .SYX file into a Unisyn bank. <br><br>To open a .SYX file, the file must have .SYX appended to the file name and yes, it must be in all uppercase letters.<br><br>This profile is an UNSUPPORTED extra. Requests to tech support regarding this profile will be cheerfully ignored. The normal liability caveats written inside the front cover of your Unisyn manual apply. In short, you’re on your own. PCI-324 Installer for Windows 98

Install contains PCI-324 Wave, ASIO, and GSIF Drivers as well as the PCI-324 Console and CueMix Console for Windows 98 (not Windows NT or 2000!).

Double-click the pci324install.exe file and expand file into c:unzipped. In the PCI-324 Folder, run SETUP.EXE to install. If you are updating, we recommend performing an UNINSTALL first, then reinstall.

USB MTP AV Console for Windows

This is the console for the USB MIDI Timepiece AV. Be sure you have Windows-capable USB hardware ("M/W" indicators on bottom of USB MIDI interface), and that you have installed the USB MTP AV Driver before installing the software console.
