Digital Performer says it cannot find the MOTU Public Objects
Prior to DP 2.6, the MOTU Public Objects and the MOTU Audio System were two separate files on your hard drive.
With DP 2.6 and later, they have been combined into the single file, the MOTU Audio System (found in System Folder/Extensions/MOTU).
If you are running DP 2.6 or later, make sure you have the latest MOTU Audio System, which can be downloaded here.
Also, make sure your plug-ins are up to date. If you have an older version of a third-party plug-in, it may be looking for the standalone MOTU Public Objects file. Update all of your plug-ins to their latest version.
Note: This is only an issue in OS 9. This does not apply to DP 4 and OS X.
