Digital Performer 8 launches in 64-bit mode by default, in which case it will only detect 64-bit Plug-Ins. If you would like to continue using your 32-bit Plug-Ins in Digital Performer 8, you may launch it in 32-bit mode. Here is how:

1. Find the Digital Performer application in your Applications folder (Macintosh HD > Applications).

2. Control-click (or right-click) the icon and choose 'Get Info.'

3. In the Info window click the 'Run in 32-bit Mode' option.

4. Close the Info window and launch Digital Performer. It will now run in 32-bit mode.

For Windows Users:

There are separate 32-bit and 64-bit versions of DP8. If you wish to use 32-bit plugins, launch the 32-bit version of Digital Performer from this path:
