My sequence plays in DP3, but on the same machine it will not play in DP4
OSX uses a different type of driver than OS9. For DP4 to work you need to install the OSX drivers for your audio and MIDI interfaces. In the case of MOTU interfaces these are available under the downloads tab at the top of your screen now. For other brands of audio and MIDI interfaces check that manufacturer's website.
