How do I use the pad preset files included with BPM?

BPM has two methods for matching the mapping of its pads on-screen with the mapping of your hardware MIDI controller: changing the pads on your controller to match BPM, or changing BPM's pads to match your controller. The Pad Preset files included with BPM 1.0.1 and later are used to change your controller's mapping to match BPM.

Pad Preset files are included for a number of popular pad controllers, such as the Akai MPD32 and M-Audio Trigger Finder. These preset files are not loaded in BPM; rather, these preset files should be loaded into your controller via its editor/librarian software. Refer to your controller's user guide for details on how to load preset files into the controller from the computer.
